Meet Mr. VML Senthilnathan, the visionary behind EVOCHEF. With an impressive track record of over two decades in product development at Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, Senthilnathan’s fervour for technology and innovation became the driving force behind the ambitious Automatic Dosa maker project. Delving deep into his passion, he collaborated with top European designers, meticulously selecting components to ensure excellence from every angle, he invested significant efforts to bring his brainchild, the EVOCHEF ECFlip, to life. Years of tireless dedication culminated in the successful streamlining of production, and in the early months of 2022, the EVOCHEF ECFlip was proudly launched, a testament to Mr. VML Senthilnathan’s unwavering commitment to perfection and innovation.
